1. What the service is
Any Opportunity? (the "Service") is a tool that finds businesses matching a target customer profile you define and gives you their name, website, email address, and phone number. The Service never sends any message to those businesses itself. You run your own outreach with the information provided. The Service is operated by an individual developer, not a registered company. It is not a bulk or unsolicited email tool: every message is sent by you, one at a time, from your own account. See About us for details.
2. No guarantee of results
The Service finds and presents contact details of target businesses. It does not guarantee that those businesses will reply, respond, or lead to any agreement or sale. Reply rates depend on the sector, the location, the content of your message, and factors entirely outside the Service's control.
3. Plans, credits, and billing
The Service runs on monthly subscription plans (see /pricing). Each plan includes a monthly allowance of "credits" — the number of businesses you can access. A credit is used the moment at least one of a company's email address or phone number is found and added to your list (finding both still costs one credit). Whether or not you actually contact the company does not affect this charge. For reporting unreachable contact details and the related refund conditions, see the Refund Policy.Payments are processed securely through a PCI-DSS compliant payment service provider; invoicing, VAT/tax collection, and payment security are that provider's responsibility. You can cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

5. You are responsible for your content
You decide the content of the message template and of any attachments. Sending happens from your own Gmail account, by your own hand. The Service does not send messages automatically; it only prepares a draft. You confirm that the content you upload or create is accurate, does not infringe third-party rights, and does not breach applicable law (including but not limited to rules on spam, harassment, and misleading content). Obligations relating to commercial electronic messages — consent, record-keeping, and similar requirements under the law applicable to you, including Turkey's Law No. 6563 on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce — rest entirely with you; because the Service does not send the message, it is not a party to those obligations. The Service reserves the right to suspend accounts found to be in breach of these rules.
6. Personal data
How personal data is processed is explained in the separate Privacy Policy.
7. Limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is". It does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation and cannot be held responsible for disruptions caused by outages or changes in third-party systems (Gmail, Google Maps, and similar). To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service's liability is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant billing period.

These terms may be updated from time to time; users are informed of significant changes. The current version is always published on this page.
