Privacy Policy

Any Opportunity? processes your name, email address, and any files you upload in order to create your account and provide the business search service. Data is processed by an individual — a single developer, not a company — and, for users in Turkey, under Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("KVKK"). The service prepares a message draft for you; if you choose to send it from your own Gmail account, that sending happens entirely through your account, without our access or intermediation.

Your data is processed to deliver the service, maintain your account, and meet legal obligations. It is not shared with third parties without your explicit consent or a legal basis. You can contact us at any time to exercise your rights — to request information, correction, or deletion.

Processing of third-party business data

The service compiles publicly available business contact details — name, website, email, phone number, and Google rating — from Google Maps, for businesses matching the sector and location you choose. In some cases such information can qualify as personal data (for example when a sole trader's own name appears in the business email address). Where the Turkish KVKK applies, the legal basis relied on is the legitimate interest of the data controller under Article 5/2-f, in line with the Turkish Data Protection Authority's decision no. 2022/861 of 1 September 2022: the purpose of processing (providing business information for B2B commercial contact), the public origin of the data, and the balance against the fundamental rights of the data subject are all taken into account.

If a business wants its information removed from our system, it can write to destek@anyopportunity.app. Once the request is verified, the record is deleted.

Obligations relating to commercial electronic messages — consent, record-keeping, and similar requirements under the law applicable to you, including Turkey's Law No. 6563 — rest entirely with the user. Because the service never sends a message itself, it is not a party to those obligations.

Early-stage note

The service is under active development and features may change. Do not upload any file here as its only copy.

You can ask for your account and data to be deleted. On request, your account and all associated data are removed.
